The British Engineering Excellence Awards
The British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEAs) aim to demonstrate and promote the quality of engineering design within the UK; to emphasise innovation and effectiveness in order to allow smaller companies to compete on an equal footing with larger ones; to act as an incentive to the design engineering industry to create world-class businesses; to provide a benchmark of excellence from which the industry can learn and from which it can build; and to demonstrate the power of engineering design innovation within the UK to the world.
Winners of this year’s British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEAs) will be announced at a gala lunch at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC), London, on 6th October 2016. You can see the rest of the shortlist here.

Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards
The Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards are the high point of the year for the European electronics industry. Established as the best promotional platform to celebrate the achievements of individuals and companies across Europe, they present best-practice in key areas including, innovation, sales growth and employee motivation. The event brings the industry together to showcase the finest new products, technology innovation and company performances of the year.
An independent panel of judges will assess the quality of all entries and the winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony which will take place on Thursday 1 December 2016 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. The shortlist is here.
